Time to Crank it Up!
Fender guitars, Fender amplifiers, Fender anything! I love it. Well to be honest I’m not a big fan of Fender acoustic guitars, but nobody’s perfect are they?
I started this blog some time ago, but have been ultra busy with my business Boy@Heart Media, which is developing into a recording studio, an online mixing studio service, audio production training and a record label. Except record label is a very loose term, seeing as that term conjures up an antiquated business model, which isn’t really working anymore!
Anyway, this blog is about Fenders! But it’s also about anything guitar related that I feel like waxing lyrical about. I’m a songwriter and a recording artist amongst many other things and for nearly an entire decade I have used exclusively Fender electric guitars and amps. For the 20 years I have been playing guitar I have had a Fender of some kind since day one.
I’ll post here about current Fender models, vintage models and if I get the chance I’ll even make some videos! One hurdle I have is the fact that I live on an island in South East Asia, which makes it very difficult to get my hands on decent guitar equipment, let alone some nice vintage Fender stuff, but I’ll see what I can do.
It would be a lovely thing indeed if I had the opportunity to travel around for a while to write some features on vintage and new instruments. There’s something, so if you are someone who can make that happen and you could use my input on providing some inspiring information about Leo Fender’s contribution to Rock ‘n’ Roll then I’d love to hear from you!
